Christmas is traditionally the time for ghost stories. With the coming of winter, dark nights, howling winds, frost and snow, people for hundreds of years have sat around the Christmas fire and told stories of the supernatural. The coming of Radio and TV heralded a new phase when everyone gathered around one or the other instead of the fire.
For some reason the Christmas ghost story no longer featured in the listings, and this is why I have created this podcast of Christmas Ghost Stories for you to enjoy over the festive period.
But please, don't have nightmares.
